I've been wanting to add this feature for quick some time now because I always enjoy old photographs, distant memories, previous friends and really old scrapbooking layouts! That's what makes this new Flashback Feature so much fun....because the content is unlimited really. Sometimes you'll see pictures, sometimes fashion & decor, and other times I must just share with you some really (scary) old scrapbookin' from when I first begun!! Nostalgia. Here we go!
Meet mom and dad. Mullets. lol. (Love you mom!) Another reason why this feature will be fun....check out all the couches in the photos. Remember those?
Yes, my mother cut my hair like a boy when I was in the third grade. I still hold it against her to this day. But Nicky's mullet is even worse than Angela's teased bangs! How handsome is my Nano....and doesn't my (lovely) Nana look like a super mean Mary Poppins?
My sisters and I. (Me on the far left, Nicky in the center and Angela on the right). Now Angela is the short, short bangs and a really bad mullet. Really mom, what's up with that?! Back in the day my Nana was our seamstress. Everything we wore was handmade by her. When I look at these outfits I remember them, I remember the Florence Eisman tags on the seams, and think instantly of Nana :) - - -Check out those curtains? yikes!
Love this picture for so many reasons: Nicky's signature smile on the far left. That was her smile for so long....just too funny. Pink is my destiny, see! My curly afro and my hyper-extended legs. Angela's pretty cute too.....
That makes me just shy of 2 years old. Still blonde. Cute shoes too, right?!
Well, I hope you enjoyed the first edition of Flashback; I know I'm critical of these pictures, but it's all in good spirit and humor!
