Over at the Bella Blvd Studio Blog we are wrapping up our 2012-2013 Design Team Introductions. The last post is today, re-introducing both myself and Laura Vegas.
I've shared some thoughts on owning Bella Blvd, designing and my day-to-day life including tasks, some of my favorites and other random thoughts you might like to know about me ;)
My introduction also includes this recent layout I created, focusing on embellishment use.
You can see here the difference in density the Designer Tapes have when using them "as is" right off of the roll (typical use) and when you mount them to white cardstock and then add to a layout or project.
I'm an alpha-freak. I love lettering-from stickers to home decor, typewriter letters, fonts...you name it....I love letters and lettering design. Here created a sub-title for my title with a more subtle effect (so that the eye is drawn to the main title of the layout first), by using tone-on-tone alpha stickers against the cardstock background.
This layout includes a mix of Bella Blvd including: Spring Flings & Easter Things paper & stickers, Designer Tapes, Crochet Flowers, Stick Pin Flags, Sophisticates High Five Alpha Stickers, Button Market buttons & Sophsticates Chipboard!
