It is commonly said that we do our best work when we are inspired. I think there is absolutely no denying the CHA Winter 2013 product release is a primary example of inspiration at its finest. My (personal) life has changed so much in 2012 after the surprise January proposal
from my long-time boyfriend, Steven Smokovich (yes, that will be my new last name next time you see me).
And now, eleven months later I find myself completely immersed in a wedding world of its own. Each day I find myself exploring a universe of inspiration as I collect ideas, trends and research in anticipation of my wedding day. Naturally, the timing is perfect to create a collection of patterned papers and coordinating embellishments directly related to my first-hand experiences.
And so, two new collections were been born; The first is being revealed today over at Bella.
I couldn’t be more connected to Engaged at Last. Named appropriately after dating (my) Steven for six years, Engaged At Last, is specific to the wedding planning process.

I know many customers have been searching for products that explore beyond the wedding day itself. After all, the engagement is where all the fun is at! All in a short time I’ve received a beautiful diamond ring, picked a wedding date, am working together with my family and bridesmaids to plan a couple wonderful bridal showers and a bachelorette party.

Engaged at Last has everything a girl needs to document the months (or years) she and her finance spend in anticipation of their wedding day.
I had some fun scrapbooking with this new collection, creating a layout of Steven and I for the catalog supplement. The new Crochet Hearts (revealed yesterday at Bella) are great companions for this theme, obviously!
I just love how this layout turned out with the 12" photo enlargement. I can't wait to create a bunch more Engagement-themed projects with this new line. It will begin shipping Feb. 15th....
