Hi all! While I'm here in Minnesota teaching at Scrapfest I thought I'd pop-in and share a layout to get your weekend started off with color & creativity! I will be sharing more pictures from Scrapfest here in the next couple of days....stay tuned!
We all call our Grandpa Nano (nah-nuu). It's an Italian version of the name. For as long as I can remember he's loves loves loves kids. Him and my Nana(grandma) have been blessed with grandchildren (8) and three great-grandchildren too!
I love mixing and matching products from different manufactures. Of course I always try to sneak in some Bella. Youc an see the yellow/orange calendar above from my Sophisticates collection. It's layered with a flower die cut from MME and a quote Sprout from Jillibean Soup.
Look at those two--so handsome. This was last summer, Carson at 3.
There's lots of patterns and textures going on here on the right side of the layout. The yellow patterned paper from Crate I cut into a scalloped border, curled up the edges and popped up over the pink/red heart paper ("Christmas Love" from my Christmas Wishes collection). I picked various coordinating ribbons and the "Such a Lovely Day" sticker flag from MME.
Hope you're weekend is full of color and happiness!
If you're in any of my workshops this weekend I can't wait to meet you. Please come up and introduce yourself! If you're in MN and have some more time there are a couple more seats available in my other workshops featuring Mr. Boy and Family Dynamix.
So cute. I love this page! I like the ribbon on the right side, so simple.
