Update June 2014

Hello :) How are you?! I'm popping in today to give you an update regarding this blog. I've been wavering for quite some time now on whether or not to keep this blog active. I feel that social media has taken over the world in it's efficiency and communication and I'm not 100% sure this is the best outlet for me to reach my fans, friends and readers. That's why my posts have been so few and far between lately, as I do some marketing research and think about what's next in the means of online communication streaming.

Finally able to leave a comment, yay! (been trying to for a while but for some reason it would not let me log in to leave one.) It makes me sad to hear you may not be keeping up the blog. I understand the trend toward social media via Facebook and Twitter but I don't do either of those, so blogs are my way of keeping up. I do have instagram and have enjoyed it. I do understand that you have to find the best way to keep the information about your business out there and also one that doesn't take tons of time, which I realize blogging is more much time consuming than the other media outlets. I will still keep up with Bella via the Bella blog, please say that it won't go away!

I really enjoy blogs and am not on any social media except pinterest so would really miss it if you stopped your blog but I can also understand your feelings. :)

I personally don't follow many blogs anymore (your blogs being an exception of course!), but there's a lot that can't be said in a facebook or IG post. I think we all want to know what's going on with you and your home, family, life, travels, etc. which may not be appropriate for the Bella blog all of the time. (But occasionally ok!) Blogs are a lot of work, though. I guess you just need to decide what your purpose is with this blog. Maybe just post less often. We get it!

I actually prefer blogs. I have problems sometimes with Facebook not publishing new content through their feeds. I find my blog reader much more reliable. Whatever you decide, I'll keep following you! :)

I'm another person who prefers the blog although I will follow on FB. I feel like other social media is geared toward younger people. I always enjoy what you post and I'm sure I will find that to be true in other ways.

I prefer reading blogs to following FB or any other social media. Blog readers mean that I don't miss posts, while things are buried all the time with other forms. So my vote is for you to keep blogging.

I really enjoy the blogs. I recently joined instagram-but don't use it that often. I also follow on FB. I like other designers I follow on FB that post when they have written on their blogs-then I make sure to pop over to the blog and read it. So ideally I like the FB/blog connection. Otherwise I found I was spending all my time reading blogs and little time actually crafting. Since I don't have a fancy phone, I don't use instagram that often.
